In recognition of public power, the district will hold a series of light bulb exchange events, allowing customers to bring five used incandescent bulbs and receive five free compact fluorescent light bulbs.

Customers must bring with them a valid California ID or driver?s license, along with a copy of their IID electric bill. The offer is limited to IID residential customers only, and offered while supplies last.
