A memorial non profit scholarship organization that was started when our son Frankie and his friend Nathan Mata were killed in a car accident on Dec 4,1993. We have awarded over $200,000 in scholarships. Please join us for Our 24th Annual Frankie L. Chavez Memorial Scholarship Fundraiser at Hinojosa Park in Brawley, CA.
